No, you will not need to submit a form.
Johnson County Highway Department is responsible for plowing our subdivision. We do not contract outside and it is not currently part of your HOA dues. Primary streets are first, cul-de-sacs are last. Please let us know your thoughts on contracting for supplemental services.
The condition of our mailbox posts and boxes contribute to the positive impressions of our neighborhood, ultimately contributing to maintaining property values for all. Every three years Mailbox Solutions removes the boxes, caulks, and paints the posts. If you find your post needs to be replaced contact Mailbox Solutions at www.mailboxsolution.com to get an estimate. Mailboxes are replaced at the community's expense, posts are the responsibility of the homeowner.
You must complete an ACC form for any planned changes to the exterior of your home and receive approval from Committee prior to beginning the project. Examples may include, but are not limited to the following: exterior paint, windows, major landscaping, inground pools, patios, gazebos, roof replacements, etc. A copy of an ACC form can be found on this website. Provide this completed form to Chris Brown.
We continue to have complaints regarding parking on both sides of the street. There is a concern in the inability for emergency vehicles to get through when there is limited passage, but not restricted to the cul-de-sacs. Please advise your guests to park on one side of the street to ensure there is sufficient room for emergency vehicles to get through.
